Do not make the mistake of engaging this company for your move. We engaged them to move a full container of personal belongings from India to France. We had to pay 15% more than they initially quoted, they sent a team of 7 persons that we had to house and feed for two days, none of the boxes with fragile items were labelled HANDLE WITH CARE, we paid for two wooden crates but none arrived at the source and only one at destination, 80% of precious crockery and of photo frames were shattered but the company will not take responsibility of this. They made us run around for two months sending photos, videos and claim forms to their insurance company - Demeter Asset Management, Hongkong only to say that we could not get any compensation because we had not insured the whole consignment. Yet their contract mentions that they have an insurance for damages of 60 US cents per pound packed. We have moved all our things twice before without any damage. This was unprecedented and their response totally unacceptable.

Politeness, courtesy & professionalism. They listened to my concerns and advised me as needed. They made a stressful job as simple as it could be. We were well informed and given good advice all the time as I was shifting from Miami to India. The team was very helpful and answered all my queries without getting annoyed and I can't forget to mention the professionalism of the packing & moving crew.

First off I want to say thanks to Manoj & Chitra. What is the minimum standard expectation to have from a company that ships your stuff across the world? If the expectation is just shipping door to door then I must say Emerald shipping did even more, the whole process taken care of whole heartedly as if it was their own items. The packing members took great care and all my stuff reached Sydney without hassle. As far as iam concerned, I would recommend Emerald Relocations team for any of your overseas household goods transfer.

I wouldn't recommend this agency as we had terrible experience. We shipped from England to Bangalore. Sales person was very well engaging and informative before sign the contract. After paying money there is no response. And with-out any notice or explanation they have delayed 3 months. They wouldn't even responded to phone. Contact person (Manoj) blocked our number after he got the payment. Completely unprofessional team.

Could have get better attention after sales. Shipment collection and delivery was good. In-between there was no/less communication which could have handle in a better way.

I have engaged Emerald Relocation company for shifting our personal house things from Chennai to Brisbane in Australia. After I received few rates from various relocation companies I found Emerald Relocations is competitive though not cheapest. I have entrusted shipping process to them and thanks to them they have done the job successfully till my door in Australia. All items delivered in good condition.

Emerald Relocations has done a great job with shipment of my stuff from India to Australia. In the times of COVID it was really a great relief to get the stuff without any damage and loss.

They provided the service professionally and I was able to constantly get all the updates from pick-up to deliver. The pick-up and delivery processes were smooth.

Finally, I will recommend that if you are planning to ship overseas this is the service provider you should go. Truly Awesome!!!
